Harmonious Audit and Consulting Organization operates under a distinctive structure called "Syncracy" (Syn – Together, Cracy – Governance).

Every employee, regardless of experience, holds equal rights, and no one occupies a traditional management role. Teams work collaboratively without hierarchy, and the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, both composed of employees, handle oversight and decision-making. Newcomers work among themselves initially, with more experienced employees providing guidance, yet they retain full rights to contribute, raise concerns, and participate in decisions. Periodic board re-elections and training ensure that every employee, even during an initial testing phase, can impact the company’s direction. This structure fosters transparency, inclusivity, and equality, valuing experience for knowledge rather than power. By inverting the traditional corporate ladder, HACO aims to create a balanced, inclusive environment where all voices matter.
